<br />Thereupon after careful examination of the said account by the Court and after due consideration
<br />thereof, and of the vouchers filed by the said executors in support thereof on motion of the said
<br />Sophie Marie Beier, executrix and Johnnie Beier, executor no one appearing to opject to, or contest
<br />the same, the Court finds:
<br />That all claims and debts of the estate of the said John C.Seier have been paid except $5.97 for
<br />publication of Notice of Final Hearing and $4.10 for recording Final Decree, Certificate of Probate
<br />and Certified copy of Will in Brown County, Nebraska and $4.85 for recording Final Decree, Certi-
<br />ficate of Probate and Certified copy of Will in Rock County, Nebraska., and $3.65 for recording
<br />Final Decree, Certificate of Probate and Certified copy of Will in Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br />said items the executrix and executor are hereby ordered and directed to pay, and that the time
<br />of filing claims against said estate has elapsed and expired and that all claims and debts of said
<br />estate not heretofore filed and allowed are forever barred.
<br />That the said John C.Seier, at the time of his death was a resident of Brown County, Nebraska
<br />and that at the time of his death said deceased left surviving him a widow and left no children
<br />nor the issue of any deceased child other than the persons hereinafter named and that said heirs
<br />and legatees hereinafter named are the sole and only heirs at law of said deceased, towit: Minnie
<br />Wicht over 21 years of age of Wood River, Nebraska, a daughter; Anne Beier over 21 years of age
<br />of Long Pine, Nebraska, a daughter; Frieda Duffy over 21 years of age of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, a
<br />daughter; Emma Zlomke over 21 years of age of Chapman, Nebraska, a daughter; Johnnie Beier over
<br />21 years of age of Duff, Nebraska, a son; Henry Beier over 21 years of age of Duff, Nebraska, a
<br />son; Sophie Orr formerly Sophie Beier over 21 years of age of Long Pine, Nebraska, a daughter;
<br />Lena Davis over 21 years of age of Bassett, Nebraska, a daughter; Gladys Juhnke over 21 years of
<br />age of Chadron, Nebraska, a daughter; Ralph Beier over 21 years of age of Long Pine,Nebraska, a
<br />son; Sophie Marie Beier over 21 years of age of Long Pine,Nebraska, widow.
<br />That there is at this time in the possession of the executrix and executor the following des-
<br />cribed personal property belonging to said estate:
<br />Cash on hand . . . . . . . . . . . .$1266.26
<br />209 head of cows, 89 head being on the east ranch, 83 head being on the west ranch and 37
<br />head being on the place occupied by Ralph Beier; a one -half interest in 132 head of calves
<br />from the above described cows; one steer; one mule; 205 bushels of rye; one McCormick Deering
<br />binder; one gas engine; two mowers; one rake; one disc; three cultivators; two linters; one
<br />riding plow; one 2 row Go- devil; two wagons; two sets of harness; one single row drill; and
<br />one share of stock in the Long Pine Hospital dissociation.
<br />That according to the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased the following
<br />cash legacies are payable, to -wit:
<br />Minnie Wicht, the sum of One Hundred Dollars,
<br />Anne Beier, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br />Frieda Duffy, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br />Emma Zlomke, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br />Johnnie Beier, the sum of One Hundred Dollars
<br />Lena Davis, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />Henry Beier, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />Sophie Orr, formerly Sophie Beier, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />Gladys Juh.nke, the sum of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />Ralph Beier, trie sum of One Hundred Dollars.
<br />That after the payment of-all debts, legacies and costs said executrix and executor have on
<br />hand the sum of $247.69 which according to the terms of the last will and testament of said de-
<br />ceased is bequeathed to Sophie Marie Beier, widow of said deceased as residuary legatee.
<br />That by the terms of said last will and testament which has been admitted to probate herein
<br />the said John C.Seier did bequeath all of the rest and residue of the personal estate and effects
<br />of whatever kind or nature to Sophie Marie Beier, his widow.
<br />That said John C.Seier died seized of the title to the following described real estate situated
<br />in Brown, Rock and Hall Counties, Nebraska, towit: The Southwest Quarter of Section 25, the North-
<br />west Quarter, the West Half of the Northeast Quarter and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section 35, all of Section 26, the North Half, the Southeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter
