<br />appoint my son Henry to manage my west ranch,and that he shall have the use of all machinery and
<br />farm implements,together will all stock remaining after payment of the legacies hereinbefore
<br />mentioned,and for such services as manager,that he shall receive and have one -half of the net pro-
<br />ceeds fromall increase of the stock raised thereon,he to pay the taxes,insurance and upkeep on said
<br />ranch himself.
<br />AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constituteand appoint my said wife,Sophie Marie Seier,Executirx
<br />and Johnnie Seier,Executor,of this my last Will and Testament,and I desire and request that no
<br />bond be required of them as Executrix and Executor.

<br />braska, on October 18th, 1941, at 10 o'clock A.M. Present Hon. E.Olson, County Judge.
<br />This day having been assigned by the Order of said Court for hearing the petition of Sophie Marie
<br />Beier, executrix and Johnnie Beier, executor of the estate of John C.Seier, deceased, praying among
<br />other things for the allowance of the final account heretofore filed herein on the 24th day of Sep,
<br />tember,1941, and for final settlement and for the distribution of the personal property of said
<br />estate, and the assignment of the real estate of said estate.
<br />It appearing to the Court by due proof on file that Notice of the hearing on said petition has
<br />been duly published as directed by the Order of this Court made on the 24th day of September, 1941,
<br />whereby all persons interested in the premises were duly notified of said hearing.
