<br />set off unto the said Arthur H.Boldt, and said claim is merged into the right title and estate of
<br />the said Arthur H.Boldt in and to said above - described real estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the note referred to in the 8th
<br />paragraph of said last Will and Testament of Augusta Boldt be and the same is hereby cancelled and
<br />declared void.
<br />The Court further finds that wherever in this proceeding or in the title to said real estate,
<br />the names of Charles Boldt or Charles H.Boldt appear, that they refer to one and the same person,
<br />notwithstanding the discrepancy in names.
<br />The Court further finds that wherever in this proceeding the names of Arthur Boldt or Arthur H.
<br />Boldt appear, that they refer to one and the same person, notwithstanding the discrepancy in names.
<br />The Court further finds that said Augusta Boldt was a widow and left no husband her surviving;
<br />that her sole and only heirs at law were and are her sons, Rudolph Boldt, Richard Boldt and Arthur
<br />H.Boldt, her daughter, Martha Rauert, and her grandchildren, the children of the deceased son,
<br />Edward Boldt, to -wit, Bernadine Boldt, Fransil Boldt and Russell Boldt.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that this estate be and the same is
<br />hereby closed; that Arthur H.Boldt has accounted for all the assets of the estate of Augusta Boldt
<br />that have come into his knowledge or possession, that all claims except the claim of Arthur H. Boldt,
<br />and bequests have been paid in full; that there are no assets remaining undisposed of, and that said
<br />estate is hereby closed and the said Arthur H.Boldt discharged as Executor and his bond released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following described real estate
<br />to -wit:
<br />The West half of the Southwest Quarter (W2 SW4) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SWi NW14) of Section Seven (7),Township Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with said unpaid claim in the sum of $15,939.44, be and the same is hereby set off unto
<br />the said Arthur H.Boldt, and to his heirs forever.
