<br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of any and all nature whatsoever, and wherever
<br />situated, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved son, Rudolph Boldt, and my dearly
<br />beloved daughter,Martha Rauert, to be theirs absolutely, share and share alike.

<br />The Richard Boldt note before referred to is in process of foreclosure. At this time I have a
<br />decree of foreclosure on the same. In the event Richard Boldt does not redeem and I am compelled
<br />I
<br />to purchase the land, then I give, devise and bequeath the said real estate described as follows,
<br />to -wit
<br />The West half of the Southwest Quarter (W2 SW4) and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (SWj NWj) of Section seven (7), Township Eleven (11),North,Range Ten (10),West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in fee simple absolute, to my son, Arthur Boldt, but provided that he shall, within six (6) months
<br />after my death, pay the said sum of $75.00 to my three grandchildren hereinbefore referred to, the
<br />said sum of $25.00 to my beloved son, Richard Boldt, the sum of $200.00 to each of my beloved
<br />daughter, Martha Rauert, and my beloved son,Rudolph Boldt, which said legacies are in lieu of and
<br />substituted for the legacies hereinbefore set forth, and in that event, I hereby give, devise
<br />and bequeath unto my said son, Arthur Boldt, the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of any
<br />and all nAtures whatsoever.

<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Arthur Boldt, to be the Executor of this,
<br />my last Will and Testament, and request that no bond be required of him..
