38 <br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD <br />TNEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />ix. <br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of any and all nature whatsoever, and wherever <br />situated, I give, devise and bequeath unto my dearly beloved son, Rudolph Boldt, and my dearly <br />beloved daughter,Martha Rauert, to be theirs absolutely, share and share alike. <br />Augusta Boldt. <br />Page 3. <br />X <br />The Richard Boldt note before referred to is in process of foreclosure. At this time I have a <br />decree of foreclosure on the same.
