<br />of York, Nebraska, % corporation, for the use and benefit of Louis Price as provided by the terms
<br />and conditions of the trust estate created under the sixth paragraph of the last will and testament
<br />of the decedent.
<br />That the United States government bonds, as provided by the fourth paragraph of the last will
<br />and testament of Martin Price, deceased, be and the same hereby are surrendered to Mary Price.
<br />That the First Trust Company of York, Nebraska, a corporation, be and the same hereby is appointed
<br />successor trustee under the sixth paragraph of the last will and testament of Martin Price,deceased,
<br />and that successor trustee shall have all the rights, titles, interests and powers conferred by the
<br />last will and testament of Martin Price, deceased.
<br />That the real estate described in the findings herein be and the same hereby is assigned accord-
<br />ing to the last will and testament of Martin Price, deceased, as follows, to -wit:
<br />To James Price:
<br />The south half of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
<br />section five (5) in township ten (10),range two (2), west of the sixth principal meridian in
<br />York County, Nebraska, consisting of one hundred fourteen (114) acres;
<br />And the west half of the southwest quarter of section twenty -two (22) in township eleven (11)
<br />range four (4) west of the sixth principal meridian in York County, Nebraska.
<br />to be his absolutely and forever.
<br />To Louis Price: Life use of,
<br />The southeast quarter of section nineteen (19) in township ten (10) range twelve (12),in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />with the restriction and reservation that the said Louis Price shall not at any time encumber nor
<br />sell or convey said life estate, or in any wise pledge the rents and profits therefrom to any cred-
<br />itors, subject to the life estate the remainder thereof to the surviving children of the body of
<br />Louis Price share and share alike.
<br />To Mary Price:
<br />Lot ten (10) in block seventy (70) of the original town, now a part of the city of York,
<br />York County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -third (1/3) interest in and to the northeast quarter of section twenty -four
<br />(24) in township twelve (12) range three (3) west of the sixth principal meridian in York
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />The northeast quarter of section thirty -one (31) in township six (6) range nineteen (19)
<br />west of the sixth principal meridian in Phelps County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one- th.ir'd (I /3)interest each to Mary Price, James Price, and to the First
<br />Trust Company of York, trustee, under the sixth paragraph of the last will and testament of Martin
<br />Price,deceased, in:and. to:
<br />Seven /thirty - firsts (7/31) interest to the southeast quarter of section thirty -one (31) and
<br />the north half of the northwest quarter of section thirty -two (32) all in township twelve
<br />(12) range four (4) west of the sixth principal meridian in York County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -third (1/3) to each of the five /twenty- fourths (5/24) interest in and to
<br />the northeast quarter of section thirty -five (35) township ten (10) north,range three (3)
<br />west of the sixth principal meridian in York,County, Nebraska.
<br />And it appearing further to the court that Mary Price and James Price co- executors of said
<br />estate, have faithfully performed all of the orders of this court arid have fully accounted for all
<br />monies, property and credits of said estate according to law and the orders of this court and that
<br />they should be discharged and relieved from further liability save and except only for the purpose
<br />of carrying into effect the terms and conditions of this decree.
