<br />That James Price and Mary Price have resigned as trustees under the sixth paragraph of the
<br />last will and testament of Martin Price, deceased, and their resignation should be accepted; that
<br />the First Trust Company of York, a corporation, should be appointed as successor trustee with all
<br />.rights, titles, privileges and powers conferred by the sixth paragraph of the last will and testament
<br />of Martin Price, deceased.
<br />V.
<br />That the decedent died seized and possessed of real and personal property situated in the
<br />state of Nebraska, but left no surviving spouse.

<br />That the decedent died possessed of an interest in and to the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The south half of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter if the southwest quarter in
<br />section five (5) in township ten (10) north,range two (2), all west of the sixth principal
<br />meridian in York County, Nebraska;
<br />The west half of the southwest quarter of section twenty -two (22) in township eleven (11),
<br />range four (4) west of the sixth principal meridian in York County,Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one -third (113) interest in and to the northeast quarter of section twenty -four
<br />(24) in township twelve (12),range three (3) west of the sixth principal meridian in York
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided seven /thirty -first (7/31) interest in and to the southeast quarter of section
<br />thirty -one (31) and the north half of the northwest quarter of section thirty -two (32), all
<br />in township twelve (12) north,range four (4) west of the sixth principal meridian, all in York
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot ten (10) in block seventy (70) of the original town, now a part of the city of York,
<br />York County, Nebraska;
<br />The southeast quarter of section nineteen (19), township ten (10) north,range twelve (12)
<br />west of the sixth principal meridian in Hall County, Aebraska;
<br />The northeast quarter of section thirty -one (31), township six (6),range nineteen (19) west
<br />of the sixth principal meridian in Phelps County, 1�ebraska.
<br />An undivided five /twenty- fourths (5/24) in and to the northeast quarter of section thirty -
<br />five (35) township ten (10) north,range three (3) west of the sixth principal meridian in

<br />That the legacies provided for in paragraph five (5) of the last will and testament of Martin
<br />Price, deceased., have been fully paid and satisfied.

<br />That there remains on hand for distribution the sum of $No.D. dollars.

<br />That the legatees, devisees, heirs at law, and all other persons interested in said estate,
<br />with their ages, residences, and relationship to the deceased are as follows, to -wit:
<br />Price, deceased, is true, accurate and correct and that said petition and account should be
<br />allowed, approved, ratified and confirmed.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the petition of James Price
<br />and Mary Price, the co- executors herein, be and the same hereby is allowed; that the final account
<br />of the co- executors be and the same hereby is, allowed, approved, ratified and confirmed.
