<br />Court of York County, Nebraska, to appoint a successor trustee or trustees; such successor trustee

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my three children, James Price, Louis Price and Mary Price, the
<br />executors of this my last will and testament, to serve without bond, at the same time requesting
<br />that James Price shall have the active charge and be the head of the three executors. I hereby
<br />expressly revoke and cancel all other wills or testamentary dispositions by me made.

<br />Now upon this 20th day of August, 1941, this being the time and place fixed for hearing on the
<br />petition for final settlement in the estate of Martin Price, deceased, and upon the petition of
<br />James Price and Mary Price for the appointment of a successor trustee; and this matter coming on for
<br />hearing, upon the pleadings and evidence, and the court being fully advised in the premises finds
<br />generally in favor of the petitioners, and specifically finds:

<br />That Martin Price, a resident and inhabitant of York County, Nebraska, departed this life upon
<br />September 15th, 1939, testate.

<br />That notice to admit the will to probate and appointment of executors, notice to creditors, and
<br />notice of final settlement and appointment of successor trustee were all given as required by law
<br />and the order of this court.
