1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />33 <br />Seventy (70) of the original town, now City of York, York County, Nebraska, and also my undivided <br />one - third interest in and to the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty -four (24) in Township Twelve <br />(12) Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in York County, Nebraska, and the North- <br />east Quarter of Section Thirty -one (31) in Township Six (b) Range Nineteen (19) West of the Sixth <br />Principal Meridian in Phelps County, Nebraska. In addition thereto, I give and bequeath to my <br />daughter, Mary Price, all of the household goods, furniture, fixtures and furnishings, including <br />the safe, and also the following United States Government bonds: One bond for $100.00, being <br />Bond No. 55029K; one bond for $100.00, being Bond No. 5503OL; and one bond for $1000.00, being <br />Bond No. 33420L, being the United States Government Bonds registered in my name. During my life- <br />time I have purchased certain United States Government Baby bonds and savings bonds, and have <br />designated my beloved daughter, Mary Price, the beneficiary thereof. These bonds have been deliv- <br />ered to my daughter, Mary Price, but have been returned to me for safe- keeping and are in my pos- <br />session, and are her sole and separate property, and I have no interest therein, and I hereby <br />direct my executors to turn over said bonds to the beneficiary named therein, as said bonds are <br />no part of my estate. <br />Page 1. <br />P.A.M. <br />V. <br />I give and bequeath unto my two granddaughters, Marie Crawford Conroy and Nona Crawford O'Meara, <br />daughters of my deceased daughter, Anna Price Crawford, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />each. <br />V1. <br />I authorize and direct my executors to divide the residue and remainder of my estate into <br />three equal parts, to be divided as follows: I give and devise a one -third share of the remainder <br />thereof to my daughter, Mary Price, to be hers absolutely and forever. I give and devise a one - <br />third share thereof in remainder to my son James Price, to be his absolutely and forever. The <br />remaining one -third share I give, devise and bequeath to James Price and Mary Price, or the sur- <br />vivor of them, in trust nevertheless, for the following usep, purposes and benefits: To have and <br />to hold said property, to collect the rents, incomes and profits therefrom, to convert the same <br />into cash, to make, acknowledge and deliver all necesaary deeds, contracts or other instruments in <br />writing, without confirmation or license of any court whatsoever, to pay all lawfully assessed <br />taxes, and to pay the net incomes to my beloved son, Louis Price, during the period of his natural <br />life. it is my intention to create herein a trust fund for the use and benefit of my son, Louis <br />Price, for and during the period of his natural life, and the trust fund so created shall not be <br />conveyed, mortgaged, encumbered or hypothecated during the period of the natural life of my said <br />son, to any person, firm or corporation whatsoever. All rents, issues and incomes from said trust <br />fund, whether due and payable or not, shall not be liable for any debt,,duty or obligation of my <br />said son, nor shall the same be subject to any lien, attachment, or other legal proceeding of any <br />kind whatsoever. My trustees, or the survivor of them, shall keep the corpus of said trust fund <br />in the following securities only: In United States Government bonds, in United States Government <br />Baby Bonds, municipal bonds of cities in the State of Nebraska which have not defaulted in any <br />bond issue, bonds of the State of Nebraska, or in first mortgage bonds upon real estate situate <br />in York County, Nebraska, or in counties immediately adjo ining York County; Provided, however, <br />that the said first real estate mortgages shall not exceed one -half of the fair and reasonable <br />appraised value of said lands so mortgaged. <br />Upon the death of my beloved son, Louis Price, I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of said <br />trust, in equal shares, to the surviving children of the body of my said son, and said trust fund <br />shall be turned over the surviving children of the body of my son, Louis Price, immediately fol- <br />lowing his death. <br />In the event that James Price and Mary Price, my trustees herein, or either of them, shall die <br />
