<br />In the Name of God, Amen.
<br />I, Emma Elliehausen of Butte, Nebraska, in the County of Boyd, State of Nebraskat Being of
<br />sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do
<br />therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT.
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my ,just debts and funeral
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. and put up monument on grave of Sadie
<br />Losquist to amount of $50.00.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath all
<br />my property both real estate & personal property & what money is left.
<br />Description of Real Estate is as follows:- SE4 of the SEJ Section 19 - Township 14, Range 5 in
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska. And Lots 112 - 113 -114 & 115 in West Lawn in Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />I bequeath to my granddaughter Florence Case $100.00 and my Grand Daughter.Esther Neausch $100.00
<br />and balance what is left of Real Estate & moneys to Mrs. Anna Friend.
<br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint Herman Wellensiek to be Executor of this, my last WILL
<br />and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
