That the fees of the said ExecutrixAhave been paid, and all other costs and expenses of the administration of said estate have been paid, except a balance due upon the court costs herein. That the cash on hands as aforesaid should be paid and distributed, first to the payment of the remainder of the court costs, second to the payment of the widow's allowance heretofore allowed by order of court to the said Celia S.Cleary, and by the payment of the remainder thereof, one -half to the said Celia S.Cleary, and one -half to the said Trustees, less such advancements as have heretofore been made, and that the remaining personal property should be. assigned and distributed in specie, one -half to the said Celia S.Cleary and one -half to the said Trustees, and that the real estate of the said decedent should likewise be assigned and distributed, an undivided one -half to Celia S.Cleary, and an undivided one -half interest to the said Trustees.
