2 <br />said estate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court finds that the said Samuel B.Marsh departed this life, intestate, on the 4th day of <br />May, 1940; that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the following ,flamed persons: <br />WILLIAM ROBERT MARSH, of Grand Island,Nebraska, a son <br />GERTRUDE FAY MARSH, of Washington, D.C. a daughter. <br />The Court finds that the said Samuel B.1hrsh was at the time of his death the owner in fee <br />simple of the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />An undivided one half interest in Lot Four (4) in Block Thirteen (13) Arnold and Abbott's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska the said undivided one half interest of the <br />said Samuel B.Marsh in the above described real estate did pass and descend at his death to the <br />said William Robert Marsh and Gertrude Fay Marsh share and share alike. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all of the interest of the said <br />Samuel B.Marsh, deceased, in an undivided one half interest in Lot Four (4) in Block Thirteen (13) <br />Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and des- <br />tend at his death to William Robert Marsh and Gertrude Fay Marsh in equal shares and the same is <br />assigned to them. <br />The Court further finds that the fun(.eral expenses, expenses of last illness, and all other <br />claims against said estate have been fully paid and settled. <br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to Inheritance Tax under the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska or the United States. <br />The Court further finds that the administratrix has disposed of the personal property belong- <br />ing to the said estate and has made distribution thereof to the said Gertrude Fay Marsh and T.E.J. <br />Paulk, Guardian for William Robert Marsh, in equal shares; that she has accounted for all of the <br />property coming into her hands as Administratrix; that her final report is approved, that she is <br />discharged as Administratrix of said Estate and her bond released. <br />Paul N.
