<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />SAMUEL B.MARSH, Deceased. )
<br />NOW on this 30th day of October, 1940, this cause came on for hearing upon the report of Elsie
<br />E.Smith, Administratrix of the estate of Samuel B.Marsh, deceased, and it appearing to the satis-
<br />faction of the Court, from the proof on file, that all persons interested in said estate have been
<br />notified as required by law and the order of the Court dated October 8, 1940, and there being no
<br />objections on file the Court proceeded to examine said report. After a full examination thereof
<br />the Court finds that said report is correct and ought to be approved and allowed by the Court.
<br />The Court further finds that the Administratrix still has in her possession personal property
<br />belonging to the deceased and that said property should be disposed of and all claims against said
<br />estate should be paid by said Administratirx and that the final settlement of said estate is hereby
<br />continued until the Final Report of the Administratrix has been filed.
<br />Now on this 27th. day of June, 1941, this cause carne on for hearing upon the Final Report of the
<br />said Elsie E.Smith, Administratrix of said estate and the Court having examined said report finds
<br />that the same is correct and ought to be allowed as her final report; that she has accounted for all
<br />property which has come into her possession belonging to the deceased, and that she is entitled to
<br />be discharged as such Administratrix and her bond released.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that the report of Elsie E.Smith,Administratrix
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as her final report.
<br />The Court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Samuel B.Marsh,deceased, of the
<br />time limited and place appointed for filing claims against his estate; that the time allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />fully paid and satisfied; that all claims and demands outstanding against the said Samuel B.Marsh,
<br />deceased, and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and precluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the Court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Samuel B.Marsh, deceased, and that
