<br />First: That he pay to my daughter,Sophie Kniphals of Fullerton,Nebraska,the sum of One Hundred
<br />Dollars ($100.00),within one year following the date of my death.
<br />Second: That he pay to my daughter,Tine Lackenmacher,of Hall County,Nebraska,the sum of One Hund-
<br />red Dollars (4100.00) witli%�'one year from the date of my death.Tiiis $100.00 bequest is made in
<br />consideration of certain services rendered to me by my said daughter and is intended to be in
<br />full settlement of such services,and is to be disregarded in the event my said daughter shall
<br />present a claim against my estate for services rendered.
<br />Third: That he pay to my daughters,Sophie Knipals,Terese Tagge,Tine Lackenmacher,Ida Tagge,Annie
<br />Runge and Mary Drumm,the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150,00) within one year from the date
<br />of my death that is,each of the above named to take one -sixth X116) of said ($150.00,and the
<br />provision herein made to be in addition to the $100.00 herein provideddfor Sophie Kniphals and
<br />the $100.00 hereinbefore provided for Tine Lackenmacher.
<br />The above provision in favor of my said son,Rudolph Hehnke,is made in recognition of the past
<br />ten years of faithful work with me on the farm and is intended as in a measure for remuneration
<br />and salary for such services.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my son, Rudolph Hehnke, the proceeds of one certain insurance policy
<br />which I hold in the Ancient Order of United Workmen, and which I have directed shall be paid to my
<br />estate. From the proceeds of said policy I direct that my said son Rudolph Hehnke shall pay my
<br />funeral expenses and the expenses of administering my estate, and that he shall retain for his
<br />personal use the balance and remainder thereof, if any.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to my son Rudolph Hehnke all of the personal property of which I may die
<br />seized, the same to include my dishes and household furniture. At any time my said son shall
<br />cease to use said furniture or change his home in a manner that would suggest the disposition of
<br />said furniture. I direct that the same be not sold but at such time as he shall need the same no
<br />longer he shall divide such furniture among his sisters.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my ss.id son „ Rudolph Hehnke, Executor of my last will and testament,
<br />and direct that he be not required to furnish bond while serving in that capacity.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to the foregoing instrument consisting of two
<br />pages of typewritten matter, this 6th day of January, A.D., 1941, at Grand Island,Nebraska.
