<br />The South Half of the South Half of Section 24, Township 12 North,range 46 West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Sedgwiek County,Colorado.
<br />The East Half of Section 24, Township 9 North,range 44 West of the 6th P.M., in Phillips
<br />County, Colorado.
<br />The South East Quarter of Section 7, Township 9 North,Range 42 West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Kit Carson County, Colorado.
<br />The North West Quarter of Section 18, Township 9 North,Range 42 West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Kit Carson County, Colorado.
<br />That said real estate descends according to the law of the State of Colorado and is hereby so
<br />assigned.
<br />WHEREFORE it is ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that Govie P.Disney, also known as
<br />G.P.Disney, a resident and inhabitant of Butler County, Nebraska, died intestate therein on the
<br />12th day of February, 1940, leaving as his sole and only heirs at law, Polly Disney, his widow,
<br />and William Disney and Joseph Disney, brothers, all over the age of 21 years.
<br />That said decedent died seized of the real estate described in the findings of this decree and
<br />that said real estate located in Nebraska should be and it hereby is assigned as follows:
<br />To Polly Disney a one -half interest in fee simple and absolutely.
<br />To William Disney and Joseph Disney each a one - fourth interest in fee simple and absolutely.
<br />That the cash on hand in the sum of $2989.40 should be and it hereby is assigned as follows:
<br />To Polly Disney a one -half share and to William Disney and Joseph Disney each a one - fourth share.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the final report of said administrator should
<br />be and it hereby is approved and confirmed in all respects. That upon filing of receipts showing
<br />payment of court costs, attorney fee, administrator fee and distributive shares, that said admin-
<br />istrator be discharged and his bondsman released from further liability.

<br />I,Jurgen Hehnke,of Hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,do make and
<br />publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills by me made;
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my Executor,hereinafter named,pay all my just debts,including expenses of my last
<br />siekness and death and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to probate and of administer-
<br />ing my estate,from such personal property as I may have on hand at the time of my death,and as
<br />soon thereafter as can be conveniently arranged.

<br />I give and devise unto my son,Rudolph Hehnke,the real estate described as follows,to- wit :The East
<br />half of the Southeast Quarter (EisEi) of Section Twenty -four (24),Township Twelve (12),North,
<br />Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall County,Nebraska,to be by him held absolutely in
