<br />I, Marga•bet Duggan, of
<br />sound mind and memory,
<br />hereby make, publish
<br />and declare this my last
<br />will and testament.
<br />1. I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Sarah Duggan, the lot or piece of real estate
<br />owned by me on Main Street in Brand Island,Nebraska.
<br />2. I give, devise and bequeath to my mother, Margaret Duggan, a certain corner lot owned by me
<br />on the main drive to the boulevard and sugar factory in Grand Island,Neb.
<br />3. I give, devise and bequeath to my brother, Lawrence and Frank Duggan, the two lots owned
<br />by me which lie adjoining the corner lot east referred to - one lot to each.
<br />4. I give, devise and bequeath to the present children of my sister, Mary Kelly, share and share
<br />alike, a corner lot owned by me in Leeds, a Suburb of Sioux City, Iowa.
<br />5. I own two lots lying adjoining the corner lot last referred to. One of them I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my brother John Duggan, and the other I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares
<br />to my two brothers, Joseph and William Duggan.
<br />6. ?wive, devise and bequeath to my said brrothers, Joseph and William, my one third interest
<br />in a.g`�`0 and silver mine known as "Midnight Lode ", in Lawrence County, South Dakota.
