<br />The Court further finds that the expense of administration has been paid., and that there is
<br />nothing further for said Executrix to do and her final report is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />and for her final report, and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executrix dis-
<br />charged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the last will and
<br />testament of Charles L.Haux, deceased, the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), in Block Three (3), Elm Place, an addition to the
<br />city of Grand Island, and Fractional Bock Nine (9) Wasmer's Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, all in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended to Flora B.Haux.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the following personal property,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Interest in assir_°nment of F.J.Coates in remaining assets of The Grand Island
<br />National Bank.
<br />Interest in assignment of F.J.Coates in remaining assets of The Grand Island
<br />National Bank and J.E.Whitney.
<br />Interest,if any, in the Arnitney- Hag, transaction in connection with trans -
<br />action with The Grand Island National Bank.
<br />70 shares stock The Grand Island National Bank.
<br />Interest, whatever it may be, of remaining assets of The Grand Island National
<br />Bank, F.J.Coates estate, Whitney,Haggstrom,Bredtha.uer transactions, which said
<br />Charles L.Haux may be entitled to by reason of transfers, assignments, agreements,
<br />or otherwise,
<br />be assigned and transferred to Flora B.Haux, sole legatee and devisee under said last will
<br />and testament.
