<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES L.HAUX
<br />I,Charles L.Haux,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,)eing of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this,my last will and testament,in manner and form following,that is to say;
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct thatall my just debts and the expenses of my burial be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give,devise,and bequeath all of my property,real and personal,which I may now own or hereafter
<br />acquire,to my beloved wife,Flora B.Haux,to have and to hold the same absolutely.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby name,nominate and appoint my beloved wife,Flora B.Haux,as executrix of this,my last will
<br />and testament,and request that she be not required to furnish surety upon her official bond as
<br />such.
