<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my sister, Ella Reimers of Big Springs, Nebraska, the West Half of

<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my nephews and niece, children of my deceased sister, Anna
<br />Lindberg, to-wit: Walbert Lindberg, of Prosser, Nebraska; Clarence Lindberg, of Hastings, Nebraska;
<br />Harry Lindberg and Alta Lindberg, of Hall County, Nebraska, in equal shares, a note and mortgage
<br />executed by Richard Enninga upon the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N-ISEii) of Section 19,

<br />by Lee W.Ramsey upon the East Half' of the Southwest Quarter (E2SW14) of Section 12, Township 8,
<br />North Range 12, West 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebras-l-,.a, except railroad right-of-way.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />All the rest and residue of my property, I give, devise, and bequeath to my brothers and sisters,
<br />and to the said children of my sister Anna Lindberg, share and share alike, the said children of Anna
<br />Lindberg to take the undivided one-sixth interest as representatives of my said sister.
<br />NINTH.
<br />I do nominate and. appoint Edward Graf of Doniphan, Nebraska, to be Executor of this, my last
<br />will and testament.
