<br />Promissory note of Albert H.Schroeder, dated June 1, 1929, in the sum of $1,000.00, also
<br />Certificate of participation of Trustees for The Nebraska National Bank of Grand island,Nebraska,
<br />on which remains unpaid the sum of $1.75, also
<br />$900.00 in cash and postal savings and miscellaneous household furniture and personal effects.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and
<br />Testament, said property descends as follows, to -wit:
<br />Said promissory note of $1,000.00 of Albert H.Schroeder, unto Lorraine Schroeder, granddaughter of
<br />said. deceased,
<br />Cash bequests to 'Vlilhelmine Johanna Wiese in the sum of $1100, and unto Emma. Wilhelmine Potts,
<br />Herbert August Schroeder, Elsie Dusek and Arnold Theodore Schroeder, in the sum of $10.00 each;
<br />All household goods and personal effects unto Elenora Irene Anderson;
<br />The rest, residue and remainder of said estate, share and share alike, unto Walter Johann Schroeder,
<br />Ernest Friedrick Schroeder and Elenora Irene Anderson.
<br />EIGiTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 23rd day of June, 1941, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing the claims of Drs. McGrath and Woodruff in the sum of $9.00 and The Citizens Mutual
<br />Fire Assessment Insurance Association of Grand Island,Nebraska, in the sum of $3.03, and further
<br />made an order barring all other claims against said estate; tint all just debts and claims against
<br />said estate and the costs of ad.ministretion in said estate in the sum of 052.50, hove been paid
<br />and that there remains as money in the hands of the said Lawrence Anderson as Executor, the sum
<br />of $270.29, which sum, after reserving the sum of $3.50 for the cost of. recording a certified
<br />copy of this decree and the Last Will and Testament of the decedent and certificate of probate
<br />thereto attached, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, is to be paid
<br />by him, share and share alike, unto the following residuary legatees as follows: Walter Johann
<br />Schroeder $55.93, Ernest Friedrick Schroeder $55.93 and Elenora Irene Anderson $55.93.
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate all debts, claims,
<br />costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemption allowed the legatees
<br />and devisees in spid estate, that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatseover.
<br />IT IS THERFFOR.E O:'.DERND, ADJUDGED Ai�D DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the Executor
<br />Lawrence Anderson, in said estate be and tie same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further
<br />that Wilhelmine Johanna Wiese, of Stevenson, Washington, a. daughter,
<br />Emma Wilhelmine Potts, of Portland, Oregon, a daughte-

<br />Arnold Theodore Schroeder of Grand Island,Nebraska., a son
<br />Elenora Irene Anderson, of Grand Island,NebrP....ska., a daughter
<br />Walter Johann Schroeder, of Portland, Oregon, a son
<br />Elsie Dusek, Rapid City, So.Dakota, a granddaughter
<br />All of whom are over the age of 21 years, and
<br />Lorraine Schroeder, of Grand Island,liebraska, a granddaughter, a minor of the age of 15 years.
<br />are all and the only legatees and devisees of said deceased and that the property described in
<br />paragraph Sixth hereof' descends according to tie terms and provisions of said. Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment, and the f:ind.in` of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this decree; further that the said
<br />Lawrence Anderson be and he is hereby authorized and directed to pay to trie respective parties
<br />set out in paragraph Eighth hereof tie sure of $55.93 apiece and to assign, share arid. share alike,
<br />unto them and. their heirs and assigns forever, the certificate of participation No. 2053 issued
<br />by A.J.Luebs,Herman Buckow and A.J.Guendel,Trustees, set-forth in the inventory hereinbefore
<br />filed, and also participation certificate of title by The Nebraska Loan and Trust Company as
<br />Trustee, for $1500.00 of a $9500.00 mortgage executed by Lida Coon, et al, and Ray Blue, as
<br />more fully described in the inventory hereinbefore filed; further that upon the filing in this
