<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />10th day of January, 1941, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of James
<br />August Gustav Schroeder, deceased, %,a.s filed for probate in this Court. That on the 18th day
<br />of February, 1941, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said James August
<br />Gustav Schroeder, deceased, and the same -ias ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />Elenora Irene Anderson, of Grand Island,Nebraska, a daughter
<br />Walter Johann Schroeder, of Portland, Oregon, a son
<br />Ernest Friedri_ck Schroeder, of Portland, Oregon, a son
<br />Elsie Dusek, Rapid City, So. Dakota, a granddaughter
<br />All of whom are over trie age of 21 years, and
<br />Lorraine Schroeder, of Grand Island,Nebraska, a granddaughter, a minor of the acme of 15 years.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />That on the 21st day of February, 1941, an order of this Court was made allowing the Executor
<br />one year in which to settle said estate and allowing creditors three months in which to file their
<br />Court.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds t ia.t on the 24th day of June, 1941, the said Lawrence Anderson, as
<br />Executor, filed in Court his inventory of the property of said estate, and treat according to said
<br />inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described i.)roperty, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in Lot Eleven (11) in Block Two (2) in Koehler Place, being an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, also
<br />Certificate of title of Nebraska Loan and Trust Company evidencing a 3/19 interest in a $9500.00
<br />mortgage executed by Lida Coon, et al, Ray Blue, also
<br />claims against said estate,
<br />from the 19th day of March, 1941, and
<br />further ordering that notice of
<br />the time allowed and place
<br />appointed for filing claims against the
<br />estate of the said James August
<br />Gustav Schroeder, deceased,
<br />and of trio time fixed for tie hearing
<br />on claims filed against said
<br />estate, be given to all persons
<br />interested by publication of such
<br />notice for three successive
<br />weeks prior to the 19th day
<br />of March, 1941, in the Grand island Independent,
<br />a legal newspaper
<br />published and circulated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that a hearing
<br />on such claims filed would
<br />be had in the office of the
<br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on June 23, 1941, at 9 o'clock
<br />A.M. and it appears by proof
<br />on file that notice of said order was
<br />published as ordered by this
<br />Court.
