<br />JAMES AUGUST GUSTAV SCHROEDER, deceased. )

<br />For these purposes the 20th day of August, 1941, at 10 o'clock A.M. at the County Court Room in
<br />said County, T:%ras assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and allowing
<br />said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given all persons
<br />interested in said estate by uublishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, a legal news-
<br />paper printed in said County, for three successive weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it
<br />appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and no objections to said
<br />final report have been filed.
<br />Upon an examination of the record and the evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br />premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br />That James August Gustav Schroeder departed this life on the 6th day of January, 19111, in
<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, testate, and at tie time of his death he was a resident of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that said deceased left a. Last Will and Testament which was filed in
<br />this Court for probate on the 10th day of January, 1941.
<br />SECOND.
<br />That Lawrence Anderson was nominated in said Last Will and Testament as Executor thereof, and
<br />that the following are the legatees, devisees and heirs -at -law named therein:
<br />Wilhelmine Johanna Wiese, of Stevenson, Washington, a daughter
<br />Emma Wilhelmine Potts, of Portland, Oregon, a daughter
<br />Herbert August Schroeder, of Grand Island,Nebraska, a son
<br />Arnold Theodore Schroeder of Grand Island,Nebraska, a son
<br />Elenora Irene Anderson, of Grand Island..,Nebraska, a daughter
<br />Walter Johann Schroeder, of Portland, Oregon, a son
