<br />ALBERT SCHROEDER, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said
<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.

<br />Annie L.Miller, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 13 day of August, 1941, this cause came on for hearing upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence, and was submitted to the Court, and on consideration whereof the Court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />matter, both creditors and heirs, as required by law.
<br />That all of the statements and allegations set forth in said petition are true;
<br />That said Annie L.Miller died, intestate, in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of September,
<br />1934.
<br />That said Annie L.Miller was seized and possessed of the following described real estate:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Eight (9), in the Town of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, state of Nebraska,
<br />that said real estate constituted the homestead of said decedent.
<br />That no aplDlication has been made in the state of Nebraska for the appointment of an adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of said deceased.
<br />That she left surviving her, as her sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Fred J.Miller, husband,
<br />Blanche M.Miller, daughter,
<br />Gladys F.Kelly, daughter,
<br />Kathryn J.Hoye, daughter,
<br />Alice F.Langan, daughter,
<br />all of legal age.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, DETERMINED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said Fred J.Miller, husband,
<br />Blanche M.Miller,daughter, Gladys F.Kelly, daughter, Kathryn J.Hoye, daughter, and Alice F.Langan,
<br />daughter, are the sole and only surviving heirs at law of the said Annie L.Miller, deceased, and
<br />said real estate passed and descended, under the law of descent of the state of Nebraska, as
<br />follows:
<br />To Fred J.Miller, surviving husband, an undivided one -third interest,
<br />To Blanche M.Miller, Gladys F.Kelly, Kathryn J.Hoye, and Alice F.Langan, daughters, each
<br />an undivided one -sixth interest each, subject to the homestead interest of said Fred J.
<br />Miller, surviving husband.
<br />IT IS FURT7ER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY Ti-E COURT that the above described real estate
<br />be, and the same is hereby assigned to the said Fred J.Miller an undivided one -third interest;
<br />and to Blanche M.Miller, Gladys F,Kelly, Kathryn J.Hoye, and Alice F.Langan, an undivided one -sixth
<br />interest each, subject to the homestead interest of said Fred J.Miller.
<br />IT IS FURTHE�t ORDERED, ADJ':JDGED AND DECREED that all claims and demands against the estate of
<br />Annie L.Miller, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be, and
<br />the same are hereby forever barred.
