<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have compared
<br />the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof and Decree - IN THE
<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JOHANNES HEINRICH REHER, DECEASED, SOMETIMES KNOWN AS JOHN H.REHER,
<br />with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct trans-
<br />cript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal andof the Records of

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF
<br />THE ESTATE OF ) DECREE.
<br />HUGO ALBERT SGHROEDER, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 13th day of August, 1941, this cause came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of these proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said cause, both
<br />creditors and heirs, as requred by law; that all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said Hugo Albert Schroeder died intestate in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a resident thereof, on December 29, 1929, seized and possessed at the time
<br />of his death of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided 2/27 interest in Lot Eleven (11) in Block Two (2) in Koehler Place, being an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />that no apd- lication has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administrator
<br />of the estate of said deceased and that his only heirs and heirs -at -law at the time of his death .
<br />were Marie Schroeder, his widow, and Lorraine Schroeder, a minor daughter, born May 8, 1925; and
<br />the Court finds and determines that the above were the sole and only heirs -at -law of the said
<br />Hugo Albert Schroeder, deceased, at the time of his death and that said interest in said real
<br />estate descended to said heirs as follows: an undivided 1/27 interest to Marie Schroeder and
<br />an undivided 1/27 interest to Lorraine Schroeder.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT tl'.at the real estate above described,
<br />being an undivided 2/27 interest in Lot Eleven (11) in Block Two (2) in Koehler Place, being
<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, be and the same hereby is assigned unto said
<br />Marie Schroeder and Lorraine Schroeder, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS FURTHE' CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COU:r.T that all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of Hugo Albert Schroeder, deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or
<br />contingent, be and the same are hereby forever barred.
