<br />That said decedent departed this life leaving as his heirs at law, devisees, legatees and only
<br />persons entitled to participate in the assets of said estate the following named persons: Louise
<br />Dorithea Reher, widow; Ernest Reher, son; Rudolph William Reher, son; Hans Reher,son; John Reher,
<br />son; Minnie Ruff, daughter; Anna Wiese, daughter; Marie Petzold, daughter and Anna Buchfinck,daughter,
<br />all of the age of 21 years and over.
<br />That the said decedent departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and
<br />personal property and that the real estate consisted of the following, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E� SE4) of Section Fourteen (14),Township Twelve (12)
<br />North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., and
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Twelve (12),North,Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW4 SE4), Section Thirty -six (36),Township
<br />Twelve (12) North,Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,and
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter(NW4 SE4) (SW4 NE4), Section Thirty -six (36), Township Twelve (12),North of Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and that all of the personal property was reduced to cash, claims paid and that the balance on hand
<br />was turned over to the widow, Louise Dorithea Reher, under and by virtue of the terms of the Last
<br />Will and Testament of the said Johannes Heinrich Reher, sometimes known as John H.Reher, deceased;
<br />that the real estate described as the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (EJ SE4), Section Fourteen
<br />(14), Section Fourteen (14) Township Twelve (12) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, did pass and descend under the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment to Louise Dorithea Reher, widow, in fee simple title.
<br />That the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NWT) of Section Twenty -nine (29), in Township Twelve (12), North,Range
<br />",Nine (9),West of the �th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska., and the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE4 SE4) of Section Thirty -six (36),Township
<br />Twelve (12),North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska, and the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NA SE ) and the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SW4 NE') of Section Thirty -six 36), Township Twelve (12),North of
<br />Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />were sold by the administrator with the Will annexed, as in said Last Will and Testament provided,
<br />reduced to cash and the balance, less the necessary expenses, was turned over to the respective
<br />heirs and devisees, as set out in the Last Will and Testament of the said Johannes Heinrich Reher,
<br />sometimes known as John H.Reher, deceased,
<br />That said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax either by virtue of the
<br />laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States Government, and that the final report filed
<br />herein by Paul Ruff, administrator with the Will annexed, should be approved and allowed as and
<br />for his final report; said estate settled and closed, and said administrator with the Will annexed
<br />discharged and his bond released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time provided by order of this court, if any such there
<br />be, are hereby barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHE'�; ORDERED BY THE COURT that t1--le final report filed herein by Paul Ruff, administra-
<br />tor with the Will annexed, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final
<br />report, said estate settled and closed and said administrator with the Will annexed discharged
<br />and his bond realeased, from any further liability in said matter, and that the real estate here -
<br />inbefore mentioned did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms of the Last Will and
<br />Testament of the said Johannes Heinrich Reher, sometimes known as John H.Reher, deceased, to the
<br />respective heirs and devisees, as hereinbefore found, in fee simple title.
