<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />2nd day of October, 1939, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Johannes
<br />Heinrich Reher,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of October,
<br />1939, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Johannes Heinrich Reher, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />NOW on this 12th day of August, 1941, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />filed herein by Paul Ruff, administrator with the Will annexed of the estate of Johannes Heinrich
<br />Reher, deceased, sometimes known as John H.Reher, together with his petition for the approval and
<br />allowance of h1s report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the court having
<br />examined said report, together with the vouchers thereto attached, and being fully advised in the
<br />premises finds as follows:
<br />That the said Johannes Heinrich Reher, also known as John H.Reher, departed this life on the
<br />20th day of September, 1939, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, '�ebraska, leaving a Last
<br />Will and Testament, which was admitted to probate in this court on the 25th day of October, 1939•
<br />That notice was given to all persons having claims against said estate and time for filing said
<br />claims Having fully expired, all persons having claims against said estate not filed within the
<br />time provided by order of the court, if any such there be, should be forever barred from setting
