<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby

<br />HALL COUNTY ) certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree
<br />entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DORA J.HOVEY, DECEASED, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of
<br />such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto
<br />attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that
<br />I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing
<br />attestation is in due form of law.

<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHANNES HEINRICH REHER
<br />In the Name of God, Amen.
<br />I, Johannes Heinrich Reher, of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory, but con-
<br />sidering the uncertainty of life, do hereby make, publish and declare this and none other to be my
<br />last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me made.
<br />FIRST. I direct that all of my just debts and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND. I give,.devise and bequeath to my wife, Louise Dorithea, the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit: the East half (E2) of the Southeast quarter (SE. -�) of Section Fourteen (14), Township
<br />Twelve (12) North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. situated in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath to seven (7) of my children, namely, Rudolph William, Hans,
<br />John, Minnie Ruff, Anna Wiese, Marie Petzold, and Emma Buchfinck, the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit: the NorthTTest quarter (NW4) of Section Twenty -nine (29), Township Twelve (12) North,Range
<br />Nine (9),West of the 6th P.M.; the North half (N-KF) of the Southeast quarter (SE14), and the Southwest
<br />quarter (SW-41-) of the North -east quarter (NE14), all in section Thirty -six (36), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North,Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., all of which property is situated in the County of Hall
<br />and State of Nebraska, subject, however, to the express provision that all of the above described
<br />property set out in this paragraph, Part Third, be sold as soon after my death as is possible and
<br />the proceeds to be divided among the seven (7) children, above set out in this paragraph, Part Third,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />FOURTH. Having advanced to my son, Ernest, during my life time all of the share of my estate
<br />that he would be entitled to have, I hereby state that said advancement is and shall be in lieu of
<br />any other share in my estate, save only that I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Ernest, the
<br />sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars in cash, as a token that I bear towards him the same esteem, love
<br />and affection that I bear towards all of my children,
<br />FIFTH. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
<br />real and personal, to my wife, Louise Dorithea.
<br />SIXTH. I direct that in the event of the death, prior to my decease; of my wife or of any or
<br />all of my children herein mentioned in this my last Will and Testament, that his or her share in
<br />my estate, as set out herein, shall not lapse, but shall descend to his or her legal heirs.
<br />SEVENTH. I hereby name, nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Louise Dorithea, and my son,
<br />Rudolph, or the survivor, both of Hall County, Nebraska, as joint executors of this my last Will
<br />and Testament, and I direct that they shall not be required to give bond or surety as such.'"
