<br />The Court further finds that the property, real and personal, has been distributed as by law
<br />provided; that all legacies have been paid; that Nellie Sherer was indebted to the estate, and in
<br />making distribution, after deducting her distributive share, she was still indebted to said estate
<br />in the amount of $758.76, which by agreement as set forth in the final report is to be deducted
<br />from her share of the income or proceeds of the sale of real estate remaining in said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that John J.Mosser, at the time of his death, was the owner of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW4 NW4) of Section 21, Township 10, North B.ange 12,
<br />West6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots 16 to 23, inclusive, Walsh Addition to the Village of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />and that said premises, under the last will and testament of John J.Mosser, deceased, passed and
<br />descended to Nellie Sherer, Myra Powell, Harriet Haws, Lela Mosser, and Sidney J.Mosser, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />The Court further finds there was no inheritance tax.
<br />The Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and is hereby approved and
<br />allowed as and for the final report of Sidney J.Mosser, Executor, and the said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said Fxecutor discharged and his bond as such is hereby released, upon
<br />filing receipts or other evidence of disbursements.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that under and by virtue of the said
<br />last will and testament of John J.Mosser, deceased, the absolute title to the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW4 NW4) of Section 21, Township 10, North,Range
<br />12, West 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and .
<br />Lots 16 to 23, inclusive, Walsh Addition to the Village of Shelton, Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended to Nellie Sherer, Myra Powell, Harriet Haws, Lela Mosser and Sidney J.Mosser,
<br />in fee simple title, share and share alike. Harvey M.Wilson
