<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 27th day of January, 1941,. the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Bertha M.Fountaine,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 19th day of February
<br />1941, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Bertha M.Fountaine,deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 23rd day of July, 1941, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Lucy A.Bruechert and George W.Monson, executors of the estate of Bertha
<br />M.Fountaine, deceased,
<br />and for the distribution of
<br />the personal property of said estate, the
<br />assignment of the real
<br />estate of said estate, and
<br />the evidence, and was submitted to the Court;
<br />on consideration whereof
<br />the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of hearing
<br />on said final account
<br />and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, as provided by
<br />law. Thereupon, the Court
<br />being fully advised in the premises finds as
<br />follows:

<br />That the final account of the said Lucy A.Bruechert and George W.Monson, executors of the estate
<br />of Bertha M.Fountaine, deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; that due notice to
<br />creditors has been given; that all claims, namely funeral expenses, court costs and attorney's
<br />fee, against said estate, have been duly paid and satisfied.
