<br />I, BERTHA M.FOUNTAINE,of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,
<br />considering the certainty of death, do hereby make and publish this,: my last Will and Testament,
<br />hereby revoking and annulling all Wills by me heretofore made, in any manner or form whatsoever,
<br />and set forth my wishes as follows:

<br />I hereby direct my executors to pay all of my just debts, including funeral expenses.

<br />I hereby direct that my executors use the burial plot owned by me in the Grand Island cemetery,
<br />for my interment. I also direct that my executors provide for permanent care of this plot and
<br />arrange for a conservative head marker on the same. It is my wish that there be no church funeral
<br />service, but that burial be made from the home; that the services be simple, and that there be no
<br />music. A sealed vault for the casket is my desire.

<br />The disposition of the real property owned by me, described as
<br />The property known as Fractional Lot Number Eight, W .in.Fractional Block One Hundred and
<br />Nineteen (119) in Railroad Addition to the Original town of Grand Island,Nebraska, and
<br />Its complement Fractional Lot Eight (8)_in Fraction Block Eleven (11) in Arnold & Abbott's
<br />Addition to the Original town of Grand Island,Nebraska, all as the same is surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded in the County Clerk's office of said Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />shall pass to my brother, Alcinous J.Saunders.
<br />The disposition of personalty shall be as follows:
<br />One Hundred ($100.00) dollars to Bessie (Fountaine) Thompson;

<br />Lucy A.(Saunders) :Bruechert, share and share alike.

<br />As executors of this, my last Will and Testament, I hereby appoint Lucy A.(Saunders) Bruechert,
<br />and George W.Monson; that they shall post satisfactory bond. If either can not serve, or is un-
<br />willing, to serve for any reason, then in that event, the other is to serve in his individual
<br />capacity.
