<br />A.Leiser, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of April, 1933,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George A.Leiser, deceased, and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Maud H.Geddes, Executrix, and William
<br />Suhr, Administrator with the will annexed, of the estate of George A.Leiser, deceased, and upon
<br />their petition for settlement of said estate and discharge herein,
<br />The Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate, and being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report as here-
<br />tofore ordered, and there being no objections, the Court examined the same, together with the
<br />vouchers on file, and testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for
<br />the final report of said Executrix and Administrator.
<br />The Court finds that said George A.Leiser died on the 11th day of March, 1933, leaving a last
<br />will and testament, and at the time of his death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County and
<br />state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on March 17, 1933, a petition was filed herein, for the probate
<br />of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of George A.Lelser,deceased, and the
<br />Court fixed the 11th day of April, 1933, as the date for making proof of said last will and testa-
<br />ment.
<br />That due and legal notice of the filing of said petition, together with the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing thereon, was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date,
<br />April 11, 1933, said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court
<br />as and for the last will and testament of George A.Leiser, deceased, and letters testamentary
<br />were duly issued thereon to Maud H.Geddes and R.R.Horth, Executors as named in said last will and
<br />testament, and they thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />That on September 22, 1934, said R.R.Horth, Executor, died, and an application was filed by all
<br />of the legatees and devisees that William Suhr be appointed administrator with the will annexed, to
<br />serve with Maud H.Geddes, Executrix; that on the 6th day of November, 193+, an order was entered
<br />herein, appointing William Suhr as administrator with the will annexed, to serve jointly with
<br />Maud H.Geddes, in completing the administration of the estate of George A.Leiser, deceased, and
<br />he thereupon filed his bond and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate, that all claims filed have
<br />been paid; that the time fixed for filing claims has fully expired, and that all persons having
<br />claims against said estate, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and
<br />excluded from setting up or asserting such claims.against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said George A.Leiser was at the time of his death the owner of
<br />the following described real estate:
