<br />y WILL AND DECREE
<br />I, George A.Leiser, of Grand Island,Nebra6k&, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid out
<br />of my personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and bequeath to Tabitha Horne, of Lincoln, Nebraska, the sum of �'ive Hundred Lollars
<br />($500) to be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to St.Paul's English Lutheran Church of Grand Island,Nebraska, the sum
<br />of Five Hundred Dollars ($5500) to be paid out of my personal estate.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate, both real
<br />and personal, of which I shall die the owner, to my beloved children, Mabel E.Neumayer, Grace R.
<br />Wells, Blanche L.Unger, and Maud H.Geddes, share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my daughter, Maud H.Geddes, and R.R.Horth, as executrices of this will,
<br />and request that they be not required to furnish surety upon their bond as such, hereby granting
<br />unto said executrices, and unto the survivor of them, full right, power, and authority to sell
<br />and convey real estate, and to make distribution of the proceeds from any such sale in accordance
<br />with the terms of this will.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of June, A.D. 1932.
