<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF MERRICK COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />Now on this 11th day of December 1933, this cause came on to be heard on the petition of David
<br />E.Magnuson, executor of the estate of Loey Buchanan, deceased, and his final account filed there-
<br />with, praying in his petition for final settlement of said estate, and was submitted to the court
<br />on said petition and the evidence offered in support thereof, and on consideration whereof the
<br />court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice of time for hearing on said petition has been had and given as
<br />required by law and the orders of this court,fixing therein this as the time and place for said
<br />hearing and for an examination and settlement of said estate, and all things pertaining to the
<br />administration of said estate; that due and legal notice of the time for filing claims against
<br />said estate has been had and given, as required by law and the orders of this court; that all
<br />claims against said estate,including funeral expenses and the expenses of administering said
<br />estate, have been paid and discharged, and the filing of claims hereafter has been barred by the
<br />orders of this court.
<br />That there is not estate tax chargeable or assessable against said estate under the laws of the
<br />United States, and that there is no inheritance tax zhargeable or assessable against the interest
<br />of any heir therein, under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />That the said Loey Buchanan died, testate, on or about the 2nd day of January 1933; that he
<br />was, at said time, a resident and inhabitant of Merrick County, Nebraska, and was possessed of both
