<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF
<br />THE ESTATE OF ) DECREE.
<br />ANNA G.SCHROEDER, deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 19th day of July, 1941, this cause came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of these proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter,
<br />both creditors and heirs, as required by law; that all of the statements and allegations set forth
<br />in said petition are true; that the said Anna G.Schroeder died intestate in Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on September 14, 1920, seized and possessed at the time of her death of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block Two (2) in Koehler Place, being an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska;
<br />that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an Administra-
<br />tor of the estate of said deceased and that her only heirs and heirs -at -law at the time of her
<br />death were
<br />James August Gustav Schroeder, her husband,
<br />Wilhelmine Johanna Wiese, a daughter
<br />Emma Wilhelmine Potts, a daughter
<br />Herbert August Schroeder, a son
<br />Arnold Theodore Schroeder, a son
<br />Elenora Irene Anderson, a daughter
<br />Walter Johann Schroeder, a son
<br />Ernest Friedrick Schroeder, a son
<br />Elsie Dusek, a granddaughter, she being the only child of a deceased daughter Anna Helene Kutz
<br />Hugo Albert Schroeder, a son
<br />and the Court hereby finds and determines that the above were the sole and only heirs -at -law of
<br />the said Anna G.Schroeder, deceased, at the time of her death and that said real estate descended
<br />to said heirs as follows:
<br />An undivided one -third to James August Gustav Schroeder and
<br />An undivided two - twenty- sevenths to each of tfie following:
<br />Wilhelmine Johanna Wiese
<br />Emma Wilhelmine Potts
<br />Herbert August Schroeder
<br />Arnold Theodore Schroeder
<br />Elenora Irene Anderson
<br />Walter Johann Schroeder
<br />Ernest Friedrick Schroeder

<br />Hugo Albert Schroeder
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described
