<br />on December 27, 1940.
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 6th day of March, 1941, an order of this Court was made
<br />barring all claims not filed against said estate; that all just debts and claims against said
<br />estate and the costs of administration and probating said Will and codicil thereto in this estate,
<br />have been paid and that full distribution has been made by said Administrator With Will Annexed,
<br />according to law and under the terms of said Last Will and Testament and codicil thereto.
<br />TENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 30th day of October, 1940, the Court appointed C.E. Cronin
<br />appraiser of said estate for inheritance tax purposes, and after giving notice as by law required,
<br />said appraiser filed his report herein on March'19, 1941, finding the gross value of said estate
<br />to be $4,731.58; the Court further finds that after deducting from the assets of said estate all
<br />debts, claims, costs of administration, other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions
<br />allowed the legatees and devisees in said estate, that there is due and payable to the County
<br />Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Berny
<br />Schimmer as Administrator With Will Annexed of said estate be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as such; further August Schimmer, Minnie Hartwig, Henry Schimmer, John Schimmer, Otto
<br />Schimmer, Berny Schimmer, Mamie Rathman, Rudolph Stier, Harry Beier, Nancy Ra.thman, Otto Seier,
<br />henry Elmer Beier, Donald Beier, Irene Hansen and Olga Anderson are all and the only legatees and
<br />devisees of said deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Sixth hereof descends
<br />according to the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and codicil thereto and the
<br />finding of this Court in paragraph Seventh of this decree; that the said Administrator With Will
<br />Annexed has made complete distribution of said estate according to the terms and conditions of
<br />said Will and codicil thereto and has filed in this Court proper receipts showing that the parties
<br />named in said Last Will and Testament and codicil thereto have each received their distributive
<br />share as heretofore found herein and that an order of
