<br />NOW on this 18th day of June, 1941, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the evid-
<br />idence and was submitted to the Court,on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal
<br />notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter,both creditors
<br />and heirs,as required by law;that all the statements and allegations set forth in said petition
<br />are true;that the said Margaret May Cotton Streed died intestate,a citizen and resident of Platte
<br />County,State of Wyoming,on the 30tH day of December,1938;that she was seized and possessed at the
<br />time of her death of an undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit: The East Half (E2) of the East 36 Acres of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE4) of Section Two (2),Township Nine (9),Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />that no application has been made in the State of iietDraska or any other State for the appointment
<br />of an administrator of the Estate of said deceased;that said deceased's maiden name was Margaret
<br />May Tannehill,and was married twice during her lifetime,her first husband being Cotton,
<br />who was the father of all her children,and her second husband being John Albert Streed,both of
<br />whom pre - deceased her and that said deceased's only heirs -at -law at the time of her death were
<br />her four ch.ildren,namely, Susan Rhyne,nee Cotton,a daughter of the City of Washington,D.C.,
<br />Cyril H.Cotton,a son of Roosevelt County,Montana,
<br />William G. Cotton, a son of Fremont County, Colorado, and
<br />Thyra Florian,nee Cotton ,a daughter of Denver County,Colorado,and
<br />that said deceased's undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in said real estate descended under and
<br />by virtue of the ]Laws of Descent of the State of Nebraska to said children in equal shares,each
<br />taking an undivided one - sixteenth (1 /16th' interest therein.
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said deceased,
<br />and there being no_ proceedings to administer this estate prior hereto,all claims and demands
<br />against the estate of said deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,
<br />should be forever barred.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore describ-
<br />ed be and the same is hereby assigned to the four children of said deceased in equal shares,each
<br />taking an undivided one- sixteenth (1 /16th) interest therein.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of the deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be and the same
<br />are hereby forever barred.
