Cotton, a son of Fremont County, Colorado, and <br />Thyra Florian,nee Cotton ,a daughter of Denver County,Colorado,and <br />that said deceased's undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in said real estate descended under and <br />by virtue of the ]Laws of Descent of the State of Nebraska to said children in equal shares,each <br />taking an undivided one - sixteenth (1 /16th' interest therein. <br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said deceased, <br />and there being no_ proceedings to administer this estate prior hereto,all claims and demands <br />against the estate of said deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent, <br />should be forever barred. <br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore describ- <br />ed be and the same is hereby assigned to the four children of said deceased in equal shares,each <br />taking an undivided one- sixteenth (1 /16th) interest therein. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the <br />estate of the deceased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be and the same <br />are hereby forever barred. <br />Paul N.
