<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of ) FINAL DECREE
<br />ANDREW PALKO,DECEASED. )
<br />Now bn this 5th day of October,1918,this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Sam
<br />Huston,Administrator of the estate of Andrew Palko,deceased,notice having been given by publicat-
<br />ion to all persons interested in said estate by publication in the manner required by law and the
<br />order of court.
<br />On examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all respects and oubht
<br />to be allowed,that the administrator has accounted for all of said estate which came into hia
<br />hands or under his control and that there remains no property in his possession belonging to said
<br />estate.The court finds further that notice was given to creditors as to the time allowed for fil-
<br />ing claims as required by law and that the time so allowed for filing claims has fully expired,
<br />and that no claims were filed against said estate;thatall claims dutstanding Against said deceased,
<br />if any exist,are therefore,forever barred and excluded.
<br />The Court finds that the said Andrew Palko departed this life on the 3rd day of Julyp1914,being
<br />at the time of his death a resident of La Salle County,Illinois,and that he left no last will and
<br />testament but died inates_tate, and that he was at the time of his death the owner in fee of the
<br />following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />The South half (SJ) of the North west quarter (NW�) of Section Twenty -eight (28) in Township Nine
<br />(9) in Range Ten (10) and the South -east quarter SEJ) of the Northeast quarter (NEJ).of Section
<br />Twenty -nine (29),in Township Nine (9),in Range Ten (10),all west of the 6th P.M.
<br />The court finds that the said Andrew Palko left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only
<br />heirs at law,the following the following named persons: Mary Palko,his widow,and Mary Tkachik and
<br />Susie Urichek,his daughters,and Andrew Palko and John Palko,his sons,and that under the provisions .
<br />of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska,said real estate did pass and descend at his death
<br />to the above named heirs in the manner following:
<br />To Mary Palko,his widow,one third part thereof in absolute title,and to John Palko,Mary Tkachik,
<br />Susie Utichek and Andrew Palko,his children,each an undivided one sixth part thereof in fee.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administrator be and the same is
<br />hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account.
<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Andrew Palko,deceased,and that said
<br />estate is closed.
<br />It is further Considered and Adjudged by the court that all of the above mentioned and described
<br />real estate descended at the death of the said Andrew Palko,intestate,in the manner following
<br />to -wit:
<br />To Mary Palko,one third part thereof in fee,and to John Palko,Mary Tkac.hik,Susie Urichek and
<br />Andrew Palko,hie remaining two - thirds part thereof in eaual shares as tenants in common,and the
<br />court awards it to them.
