<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax,either Federal or
<br />State;that the expenses of the Administrator,court costs and attorney fees runeraloexpenses and
<br />expenses of the last illness have been paid in full,and that the Grand Island Trust Company has
<br />accounted for all the assets which have come into its possession or knowledge.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said estate be and the same is
<br />hereby closed and said Grand Island Trust Company is hereby discharged as Admiftlettahor and its
<br />bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Millard F.Bouquette died on the 27th day of Apri1,1940,a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Potta wattamie County,lowa;that he left no last Will and Testament;
<br />that he left him surviving no widow,and the following named children,all of whom are of lawful
<br />age;

<br />The Court further finds that said Millard F.Bouquette was the owner of the following described
<br />real estate,to -wit:
<br />The East one -third (E1 /3) of Lot Two (2),Block Sixty -eight (68),Original Town,now City of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska;
<br />The East one -third (El /3) of Lot ~Six (6),Block Fifty -three (53),Original Town,now City,of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska;
<br />All of that portion of Lot Six (6) in Block Ninety -one (91),Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,
<br />Rebraska,situate,lying and being in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section 15,Township 11,North,
<br />Range 9,West of the 6th P.M.,as said lot is laid down and described on the duly recorded plat
<br />of said Town;ALSO, Fractional Lot Eight (8) in fractional Block Ninety -one (91),except that part
<br />of Fractional Lot 9 in said Block 91,which has previously been sold and conveyed to Charles Banks
<br />by Deed recorded in Book 56,Page 322,of the records of Hall County,hebraska,AND East 50 feet of
<br />Lot Two (2),in Westervelt's Subdivision of Lot Six (6) of County Subdivision of a part of the
<br />West half (Wi) of Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of Section 15,Township 11,North,Range 9,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,known as 124 South Sycamore Street,Grand Island,Nebraska. ,
<br />West 44 feet of Lot Two (2),B1ock Thirty -seven (37),Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Three (3),East Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall
<br />County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Three (3),,Four (4),Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14),in Block Nine (9) Boggs and Hill's Addit-
<br />ion to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,�Nebraska,
<br />and that he also owned a two -story frame building,the title to the real estate on which said
<br />building stood being in other names.
<br />The Court further finds that said real estate did pass and descend on the death of the said
<br />Millard F.Bouquette to his sons and daughters hereinbefore named,to -wit: Ishmel Bouquette,
<br />William MeK Bouquette,Florence Wendt,Violet- Braun,Francis Renton and Birdie Bell Roush,as tenants
<br />in common,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said real estate and building be
<br />and the same is hereby set off unto said persons as tenants in common,share and share alike,and
<br />to their heirs forever.
