<br />Nebraska,and that the same has been conveyed to her by the remaining heirs of Elizabeth Williams,
<br />deceased.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the remainder of the above described property,to -wit:
<br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Nineteen (19),
<br />in Township Ten (10) North of Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th.Principal Meridian in Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot number Three (3) in Block One (1)
<br />in the Wood River Trotting Association's Addition to the village of Wood River,Nebraska ;thence
<br />East 238 feet;thence North to a line lying 67 feet South of and parallel with the Union Pacific Rail-
<br />way Company's right of way;thence westerly along said line to the West boundary line of said
<br />addition;thence South to the place of beginning stands in the name of James Williams;that his ea-
<br />tate has not been probated that the cost thereof would be approximately Fifty Dollars ($5040);
<br />that according to the Final Report of the administrator herein,said costs should be paid out of the
<br />sale of the last described tract of land and that the said Edith Smith should have a lien gpon

<br />Now on this 4th day of June,1941,this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of Grand
<br />Island Trust Company,a corporation,Administrator of the estate of Millard F.Bouquette, deceased,
<br />and the Court,after having examined the records and files in this cause,finds that due and legal
<br />notice has been given of the filing of said Final Report,and that there are no objections to the
<br />same.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said Final Report be and the same
<br />is hereby approved.
<br />The Court further finds that said Millard F.Bouquette signed his name in various different ways,
<br />but that they all refer to the same person,whether spelled Boquette or Bouquette.
