<br />ELIZABETH WILLIAMS , Deceased
<br />Now on this 24 day of May,1941,this cause carne on to be heard upon the Final Report of Harry R.
<br />English,Administrator of the estate of Elizabeth Williams,deceased,and it appearing.to the satis-
<br />faction of the Court,from the proof on file,that all persons interested in the estate of said
<br />deceased has been notified as required by law and the order of this Court,and there being no ob-
<br />jection or protest on file the Court proceeded to examine said report.Af%er a full examination
<br />thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed and the Court finds that the said administrator has accounted for all of the estate of
<br />said deceased which came into his possession.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the Report of Harry R.English,be,and the
<br />same hereby is,approved and allowed as and for his final report.
<br />The.Court finds that Notice was given to all creditors of the said Elizabeth Williams,deceased,of
<br />the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate;that the time allowed
<br />for filing claims has fully expired;that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been
<br />fully paid and satisfied;that all claims and demands outstanding against said estate of Elizabeth
<br />Williams,deceased,and not so filed,if any such there be,are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filirig
<br />or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Elizabeth Williams,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that Elizabeth Williams departed this life,intestate,on November 2,1940,
<br />and that she was at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that
<br />she left surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law,the following named persons-
<br />IRA C.WILLIAMS,a son
<br />CHARLES T.WILLIAMS,a son
<br />LA°FE WILLIAMS, a son
<br />MINNIE W.CHAPMAN,a daughter
<br />KATE ENGLISH,a daughter
<br />EDITH SMITH,a daughter
<br />HATTIE BEYERS, a daughter
<br />that the said Elizabeth Williamswas a widow at the time of her death.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that at the time of her death the said Elizabeth Williams was the owner of
<br />the following described property,to -wit:
<br />Lots Four (4),Five (5),and Six (6) in Block Seventeen (17) in the Original Town of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska. All that part-of the Northwest quarter (NWJ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section
<br />Nineteen (19),in Township Ten (10) North of Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th.Principal Meridian
<br />in Nebraska,described as follows:Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Number Three (3) in Block
<br />One (1) in the Wood River Trotting Association's Addition to the village of Wood River,Nebraska;
<br />thence East 238 feet;thence North to a line lying 67 feet South of and parallel with the Union
<br />Pacific Railway Company's right of way;thence westerly along said line to the West boundary line of
<br />said addition;thence South to the place of beginning
<br />that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right, title and interest of the
<br />said Elizabeth Williams in and to said real estate did pass and descend at her death above named,
<br />to -wit:
<br />IRA C.WILLIAMS,a son CHARLES T.WILLIAMS,a son
<br />LAFE WILLIAMS, a son MINNIE W.CHAPMAN,a daughter
<br />KATE ENGLISH,a daughter EDITH SMITH,a daughter
<br />HATTIE BEYERS,a daughter
<br />slahre and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the above described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death of Elizabeth Williams to her children,as above set forth,in equal shares
<br />to each and the same is awarded to them.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said estate of Elizabeth Williams is not subject to inheritance tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska or the United States.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER-FINDS that Edith Smith,one of the heirs above named,has purchased
