<br />Frederick W.Heuermann, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 9th day of May 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Frederick
<br />W.Heuermann, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 25th day of May 1935,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frederick W.Heuermann, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Frederick W.Heuermann, Deceased.
<br />Decree of Final Settlement.
<br />Now, on this 12th day of April, 1941, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., this matter came on to
<br />be heard upon the petition of William W.Heuermann the Executor of the last Will and Testament of
<br />Frederick W.Heuermann, deceased and his final report and account filed herein, and there being
<br />present in the Court said Executor and his attorney J.H.Grosvenor Sr., and the other parties in
<br />Interest to -wit: Elva M.Heuermann, widow of said Testator, Mary L.Heuermann, daughter, and Bernard
<br />B.Heuermann, and William W.Heuermann, sons of said testator, and the Court being fully advised in
<br />the premises and having maturely considered the pleadings, final report and account and the evidence,
<br />finds as follows:
<br />FIRST FINDING.
<br />The said Executor should be charged with receipts as shown in his final report and should be
<br />credited with expenditures as therein shown, and that he now has on hand the amount shown in said
<br />report.
<br />SECOND FINDING.
<br />That due and lawful notice has been given to creditors of the time in which to file claims against
<br />this estate, and all claims so filed have been fully paid, and that any and all other claims, if
<br />any there be, are forever barred, also that the expenses of this proceeding and the court costs
<br />herein have been fully paid; that there is not due any Federal Estate tax or State Inheritance tax
<br />herein.
<br />THIRD FINDING.
<br />That the deceased died seized with title in fee simple of and to the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />The Northerly Forty -eight and one -half feet (x-52) of Lot Five (5), Block One- hundred twenty -
<br />five (125) of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hal1
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The West Half of Section Twenty -three (23) and the Southeast Quarter (SEJ) of Section Thirty -
<br />two (32) and the North Half of Section Thirty -two (32), all in Township Eleven (11),North,
<br />Range Thirty -eight (35), West of the 6th P.M., in Perkins County, Nebraska
<br />Fractional Northwest Quarter (NW4) Section Six (6), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Seven (7)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., in Hamilton County, Nebraska.
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW4), and the Southwest Quarter (SW) and the West Half of the West Half
<br />of the Southeast Quarter (W2W2SE4) all in Section Thirtyt30), Township Eleven (11),North,Range
<br />Seven (7), West of the 6th P.M. in Hamilton County, Nebraska, less right -of -way of the C B &
<br />Q R R Co.,
<br />One Lot in St. Joe Cemetery Ass'n of Phillips, Nebraska, being described as follows: Row No.3
<br />L;;t No. 2, Block No. 52.
<br />FOURTH FINDING.
<br />That under the terms and conditions of the last will and testament of the deceased, which was
<br />filed in this Court on the 9th day of May, 1935, and duly admitted to probate and allo�aTed by this
