<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, Frank R.Nelson, of Los Angeles County,
<br />California, one -half of all my remaining estate, both real and personal.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, Samuel Charles Nelson of Los Angeles County,
<br />California, one - fourth of all the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter -in -law, Lyda A.Nelson one - fourth of all
<br />my estate, both real and personal.

<br />In the event of the death of Lyda A.Nelson during my lifetime, then I give, devise and bequeath
<br />her one- fourth share unto her husband, Samuel Charles Nelson. In the event of the death of Samuel
<br />Charles Nelson before my death, then I give, devise and bequeath the one - fourth given to him
<br />herein of all my property, both real and personal, unto Lyda A.Nelson.

<br />I hereby designate and request the Court to appoint my two sons as Executors of this, my last
<br />Will and Testament.

<br />County, Nebraska, at the office of Messrs. Prince & Prince, on this 9th day of March, A.D. 1936,
<br />and caused the same to be attested by competent witnesses.
