<br />32, in Township 5, North of Range 7, West of the 6th P.M., in Clay County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows; Commencing on the west line of the northeast quarter of said
<br />Section 32 at a point 6 chains south, of the 1/4 section Corner; thence running south
<br />along the 1/4 section line 18-35 chains; thence east 9.11 chains; thence south 4-� degrees,
<br />east 7-08 chains; thence east 10-31 chains to the 1/8 section line, thence north along the
<br />1/8 section line 17.60 chains)* thence west 2.625 chains; thence north 7.835 chains' thence

<br />West 17-72 chains to the place of beginning, containing 2.05 acres. this property was
<br />inherited from his father, Orlow C.Hubbell, (deceased.
<br />6. That by the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said Abraham T.Hubbell,
<br />and the codicil thereto, all of said cash, real and personal property was devised and bequeathed
<br />to his widow, the said Mrs. Helen C.Hubbell, for and during her natural lifetime, she to have the
<br />use, income and profit arising therefrom during her lifetime, and in the event that it should be-
<br />come necessary for her to use a part of the principal thereof, she is permitted to do so, with
<br />power and authority to sell said lots 11 & 12, Block "P, in McColl & Leflang Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Wood River, and at her death, the residue remaining was devised and bequeathed to his
<br />daughters, the said Mrs. Ramona Smith and Mrs. Marjorie Matthew, equally, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS ThER�'FORE CONSIDERED) ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court;
<br />1.
<br />That the report of Mrs. Helen C.Hubbell, executrix, filed herein, be and the same is hereby In
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for her final account, and in full settlement of her trust;
<br />that she be discharged and she and her bondsmen released from all further liability on their
<br />official bond.
<br />ii.
<br />That Abraham T.Hubbell died testate on the 18th day of October, A.D., 1940, a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him a widow, Mrs.Helen C.Hubbell, and two daughters, Mrs.
<br />Ramona Smith and Mrs. Marjorie Matthew; that he left no other living children, or the living issue
<br />of any deceased children, and that said widow and daughters are the sole and only heirs of his
<br />estate.
<br />That the real and personal property hereinbefore described, of which the said Abraham T.hubbell
<br />died seized and possessed, and the balance of $65.231n the hands of the executrix for distribution,
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Mrs.Helen C.hubbell for and during her natural life-
<br />time, she to have the use, income ai-id profit arising therefrom during her lifetime, and in the
<br />event that it should become necessary for her to use a part of the principal thereof, she is
<br />permitted to do so, with -power and authority to sell 'ots 11 & 12,B1ock 'IF", in McColl & Leflang
<br />Second Addition to the Village of Wood River, Nebraska, and at her death, the residue be and the
<br />same is hereby assigned to his daughters, the said Mrs.Ramona Smith and Mrs-Marjorie Matthew1equally,
<br />share and share alike, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the last will and testament

<br />HALL COUNTY certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testa-
<br />ment and Codicil thereto, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE
<br />ESTATE OF ABRAHAM T.HUBBELL, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court,
<br />that the same -is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original r;=cord; that said
<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no
<br />Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his oTrn name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is In due form of law.
