<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 24th day of May, A.D., 1941, it being the day fixed for approving
<br />the final account of the executrix, and hearing on her petition for final settlement and determina-
<br />tion of heirship, it appearing from proofs filed that due notice was given by publication of the
<br />time heretofore fixed for said hearing, there being no objections on file, and the court being
<br />fully advised, finds:
<br />1. That Abraham T.Hubbell died testate on the 18th day of October,. A.D., 1940, a resident of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him a widow, Mrs.Helen C.Hubbell, of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, and two daughters, Mrs. Ramona Smith of Shelton,Nebraska, and Mrs.Mar,jorie Matthew,
<br />1550 - 12th Avenue, Sacramento, California, all of legal age; that he left no other living children,
<br />or the living issue of any deceased children, and that said persons are the sole and only heirs of
<br />his estate, and the only persons interested therein.
<br />2. That on the 2nd day of December,A.D., 1940, the last will and testament of Abraham T.Hubbell
<br />deceased, and the codicil thereto, were duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate, and on said
<br />date the said Mrs.Helen C.Bubbell was appointed executrix, qualified as such, and has been acting
<br />in said capacity ever since.
<br />3. That due notice was given to creditors of the time limited within which to file claims
<br />against said estate; that such time has duly expired; that all claims against said estate;including
<br />the expenses of last illness of the decedent, his funeral expenses, and costs of administration
<br />have been paid in full; that the further presentation and hearing on claims against said estate
<br />is forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the state of Nebraska, and no estate tax
<br />due the United States of America.
<br />4. That the report of the executrix filed herein, is in all things true and correct, and should
<br />be approved and allowed as and for her final report; that there is a balance of $65.23, and the
<br />5. That the said Abraham T.Hubbell died seized and possessed of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots 11 & 12, Block 'IF ", in McColl & Leflang Second Addition to the Village of Wood:
<br />River, Hall County, Nebraska. (This property was occupied by the decedent and the
<br />executrix as their home.)
<br />Lot 6, Block 25, in the original town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one - eighth interest in and to Part of Lot 5 of the northeast quarter of Section
<br />following :personal property in the hands of the executrix for distribution,
<br />to -wit:
