<br />Codicil to LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ABRAHAM T.HUBBELL,
<br />Wood River, Nebraska.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Abraham T.Hubbell, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and declare a Codicil to my
<br />within will and testament as follows:
<br />I hereby direct that Paragraph Three of said last will and testament shall be cancelled and in
<br />lieu thereof the following paragraph shall be substitQted, to -wit:
<br />THIRD: I hereby devise and bequeath to my wife, Helen C.Hubbell, the use, income and profits from
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block "F ",McColl and Leflang's Addition to the Village of Wood
<br />River, Nebraska, the same being our home, she to have the use of the same,.during her natural life-
<br />time, and at her death the same shall pass and descend to my daughters, Ramona Smith and Marjorie
<br />Matthew, in equal shares. In the event, however, that my wife should desire to sell said property
<br />I hereby authorize and empower her to sell the same and she shall have the use of the proceeds
<br />received from the sale thereof, and in the event it should become necessary she may use the prin-
<br />cipal of said proceeds if she shall deem it necessary to do so.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and seal this 27th day of Sept. A.D. 1929•

<br />December, 1940, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said
