<br />The Court,having examined the report,records and files, -and being duly advised in the premises,
<br />finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report,as heretofore ordered by the Court,and
<br />there being no objections on file,the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all
<br />things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said executor.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacy to the St,Mary's Catholic Church of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />in the amount of $200.00,has been paid,as evidenced by the receipt of legatee,by A.W.Heimes,on
<br />behalf of said church.

<br />evidenced by the receipt filed herein,signed
<br />this life on the 4th day of May,1939,and at
<br />of Hall County,Nebraska.

<br />The Court further finds that the last will and testament of Maud P. Lavery, deceased, was offered
<br />for probate in this Court,and the Court fixed the 31st day of May,1939,as the date for hearing on
<br />said will,as provided by law,and on said date said instrument was duly proven,allowed and admitted
<br />to probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of Maud P?Lavery,deceased,and
<br />letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Patrick J.Lavery,Executor as named in said last
<br />will and testament,and he thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate,and that all claims filed
<br />have been paid,and that the time fixed for filing claims has expired,and that all persons having
<br />claims against said estate,if such there be,are forever barred and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Maud P.Lavery died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Eighty -three (93) In the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />The west half of Section Twenty -nine (29) in Township Sixteen (16) North,Range Nine (9) West of
<br />6th P.M.,in Howard County,Nebraska.
<br />which said Aestate passed and descended,under and by virtue of said last will and testament of Maud
<br />PALavery,deceased,to Blanche Fodrea,Albert O.Watson,Frances Kelso,Harold V.Wateon,Blake Watson,and
<br />Ethel Pechin,share and share alike,subject to the life estate of Patrick J.L•avery.
<br />The Court further finds there was no inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that the real estate de*cribed as follows: Lot & in Block 93,in the Original
<br />Town,now City,of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska,was sold by the aforesaid devisees,and the
<br />proceeds,$3250.00,was paid to the executor,for which he has accounted in his final report,as agreed
<br />upon by and between the several devisees and heirs at law.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal estate belonging to said estate has been sold and
<br />accounted for,and that the costs of these proceedings have been paid,and nothing further belonging
<br />to said estate remains in the hands of said Executor.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Patrick J.Lavery,
<br />Executor of the last will and testament of Maud P.Lavery,deeeased.,be,and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as and for his final report,and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said
