<br />(11), Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, containing forty -two (42)
<br />acres of land, more or less.
<br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Nine (9), in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />did descend at the time of his death to Mrs. Jennie Kerns and Charles C.Hessel, share and share
<br />alike, each receiving an undivided one -half interest in and to
<br />the above described real estate, and
<br />distribution thereof
<br />is hereby accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT
<br />that in the proceedings of this
<br />estate there appears
<br />the name of Fred W.H easel and also the name

<br />of Fred W.Hessel, Sr., and whenever
<br />it appears that way
<br />it refers to one and the same person; and
<br />in the proceedings of this estate

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MAUD P.LAVERY
<br />I,Maud P.Lavery,of Grand Island,hall County,Nebraska,being of sound mind and disposing memory,
<br />do make and publish this,my last will and testament,by it revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />1.
<br />I direct that my exedutor hereinafter appointed pay all of my jdst debts,including the expenses
<br />of my last sickness and death,and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to probate and
<br />administering my estate,from my personal property.If that be insufficient,I direct that my heirs
<br />and devisees hereinafter named share in equal proportion such bills and expenses.

<br />I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay to the City of Grand Island,One Hundred Dollars
<br />($100.00) for the permanent care of my cemetery lot.

<br />I give to St.Mary's Catholic Church of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).

<br />I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved husband,Patrick J.Lavery,a life estate in and to all of
<br />the rest,residue,and remainder of my property,both real and personal,he to'have the use and income
<br />thereof during his lifetime.
