<br />deceased died seized located out side of the State of Nebraska descends to the heirs at law of said
<br />deceased as herein found and determined, in accordance with the.law of descent in such states, and
<br />is hereby so assigned and set over to said heirs at law.
<br />That all of the personal property of which said deceased died the owner, wherever the same may
<br />be located and whatever its description, descends to the said heirs at law of said deceased equally,
<br />to be theirs absolutely without exception and the same is hereby so assigned and set over, and the
<br />administra.trix is hereby directed`and authorized to do and perform all things and acts necessary
<br />and to execute all instruments required to so assign, set over and transfer to said heirs at law
<br />said personal property.

<br />LOTTIE D.LEMASTERS, DECEASED. ) DISTRIBUTION.
<br />Now, on this 7th day of May, 1941, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of the
<br />administratrox and her petition for distribution; and the court being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds:
<br />THAT Irene M.Underhill is the
<br />duly
<br />appointed, qualified and acting administratrix of the estate
<br />of Lottie D.LeMasters, deceased;
<br />that
<br />she has taken possession of the personal property of said
<br />estate in the manner provided by
<br />law,
<br />has paid all claims against the estate, and that there are
<br />now pending claims against the estate
<br />on file in the office of the County Judge of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that she has accounted
<br />for
<br />the moneys received by her belonging to said estate, and has
<br />disbursed all of said moneys in
<br />payment
<br />of claims against the estate and in the administration of
<br />the estate, and has no funds on hand
<br />belonging to the estate, and that she should be discharged
<br />and her bond released.
<br />THAT due and proper notice to
<br />the
<br />creditors was given in the manner provided by law by publi-
<br />cation in the manner provided by
<br />law,
<br />and that the t for filing claims against the estate has
<br />long since passed and all claims
<br />against
<br />said estate are barred.
<br />THAT the deceased died possessed
<br />of
<br />a one -third interest in the following described real estate
<br />situated in the County of Nance,

<br />State of Nebraska, to -wit:
