<br />I, Emilie Heyde, make this my last will hereby revoking all former wills.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I appoint my husband, Albert von der Heyde, executor of -this will and provide that he need
<br />give no bond.
<br />SECOND.
<br />All my property, real and persona, wherever the same may be situated I give, devise and
<br />bequeath to my dearly beloved husband Albert von der Heyde, to him and to hie heirs forever.
