<br />manner and at the termination of her life interest therein said real estate together with the
<br />North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NJNWJ) of Section Eight (8), Township Eighteen (19), North,
<br />Range Twelve (12),West of the 6th P.M., Greeley County, Nebraska, pass and descend to Fred Lorenz,
<br />of O'Neill, Nebraska, one -third thereof, to William Elitz of Omaha, Nebraska, one -third thereof,
<br />and the remaining one -third to Albert Thesenvitz, Grand Island, "ebraska, August Thesenvitz, Cooper,
<br />South Dakota, Charles Thesenvitz, Wood River, Nebraska, Ernest Thesenvitz, Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Otto Thesenvitz, Omaha, Nebraska, and Annie Steinbeck, sometimes known as Annie StJnbe.,#,_Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska, share and share alike, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />The Court further finds that subsequent to the admission of said Will to probate and before the
<br />expiration of said time provided by statute the said Ricka Lorenz elected to take her statutory
<br />rights in lieu of the provisions made in her behalf under said Will and that by reason thereof
<br />became entitled to an undivided one -half interest in and to all assets of the estate remaining
<br />after payment of all debts and bequests, including the real estate hereinabove described, and
<br />that the remaining heirs and devisees each received their proportionate share as set forth in the
<br />Will in the remaining one -half.
<br />The Court further finds that the portion of the real estate described as Lots Seven (7) and
<br />Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, constituted and was the homestead of the said Paul Lorenz and Ricka Lorenz at the time
<br />of the death of Paul Lorenz, that they lived upon the same during his lifetime and that his
<br />surviving widow, the said Ricka Lorenz, has a lifetime estate in the one -half thereof which has
<br />passed and descended to the heirs and devisees as hereinabove set forth.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the
<br />Executor herein be, and the same hereby is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the
<br />Final Report of said Executor and said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executor
<br />discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or
<br />asserting any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the real estate remaining
<br />and hereinabove described passed and descended as follows: To Ricka Lorenz, an undivided one -half
<br />therein; to Fred Lorenz and William Elitz each an undivided one -sixth therein, and to Albert
<br />Thesenvitz, August Thesenvitz, Charles Thesenvitz, Ernest Thesenvitz, Otto Thesenvitz and Annie
<br />Steinbeck, sometimes known as Annie Stinbeck, each an undivided one- thirty -sixth therein, share
<br />and share alike, to have and to held the same forever, the property described as Lots Seven (7)
<br />and Eight (8), Block Thirteen (13), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, being subject, however, to the life estate of Ricka Lorenz in the whole thereof as the
<br />homestead of the said Paul Lorenz and Ricka Lorenz at the time of the death of Paul Lorenz.
