<br />the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, for her lifetime, she to have the use and income
<br />thereof so long as she live and to maintai,n.said property in a reasonable manner and at the termin-
<br />ation of her life interest therein I give, devise and bequeath said real estate hereinabove des-
<br />cribed to the persons named in the next paragraph hereof, in the same proportions as they share
<br />in the remainder of my estate.
<br />THIRD.
<br />Including the real estate described in the Second paragraph hereof, which I give, devise and
<br />bequeath, subject to the life interest of my wife therein, I give, devise and bequeath all the
<br />rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal and whether now owned by me or
<br />hereafter acquired to my brother, Fred Lorenz, of O'Neil, Nebraska, one -third thereof, to William
<br />Elitz, of Omaha, Nebraska, a brother -in -law, one -third thereof, and the remaining one -third to
<br />Albert Thesenvitz, Grand Island,Nebraska, August Thesenvitz, Cooper, South Dakota, Charles Thesen-
<br />vitz, Wood River, Nebraska, Ernest Thesenvitz, Grand Island,Nebraska, Otto Thesenvitz, Omaha,
<br />Nebraska, and Annie Stinbeck, Grand Island;Nebraska, share and share alike, to have and to hold'
<br />the same forever.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />in the event that any of the legatees named in the Third paragraph herein precede me in death,
<br />leaving issue them surviving, the share hereinabove provided for for them shall pass and descend
<br />to such issue, share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my nephew, Ernest Thesenvitz, of Grand Island, Nebraska, to be the
<br />Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and direct that he shall not be required to give
<br />surety on his official bond as such and further empower him to sell and convey any real estate
<br />owned by me at the time of my death if found necessary to do so, without leave from any court for
<br />that purpose.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.
